Landlord Pinero, Chief Master Sergeant (photo on left) of the Air Force. In 2011, landlord Pinero gave me the opportunity to lease four of his condos which I managed until he retired in 2018. Mr. Pinero told me after years of managing his condos, “You’ve done a great job maintaining my condos.” The lady is Mr. Pinero’s wife and the man on the right is Air Force General Norty Schwaitz.
