In 2010, Kathy and Stanley responded to my postcard mailing and I offered them my management service. I discovered their Tampa condo had been mismanaged by another management company and had been vacant for six months. Once I successfully leased the first condo, they gave me the opportunity to manage several of their other condos. I really appreciate the opportunity to manage all their condos for the last 9 years.
